Sarah Frye is an accomplished entrepreneur and public relations specialist. She also wears many additional hats as a writer, editor, networker, and as a business strategist/consultant. As owner of SF Consulting Services, LLC., she has succeeded in helping her clients reach their goals through national awards, media attention, and brand awareness. Frye works with clients from varying industries ranging from large public companies to small startups. She has experience working in leadership development, HR, e-commerce, energy, music, agriculture, legal, financial and professional services, and with franchises and more.

Her networking skills have been vital to the expansion of the many companies she has worked with. Some of her close connections include local chambers of commerce, youth initiative programs, nonprofits, entrepreneurial development organizations, and the media — all valuable contacts when aiming for business growth. These skills also pour over into her ability to skillfully generate positive publicity for her clients. In addition to owning her own business, Frye is currently the senior director of national accounts for The ExCo Group, a group of former Fortune 500 CEOs and global business leaders whose purpose is to help boards, executives, and teams unlock their full leadership potential and deliver high-impact performance for their enterprises. In this role, she oversees the firm’s C-suite mentoring operations globally. She is also on the Executive Council of the award-winning nonprofit, Bpeace and is an advisory board member for IncubateX_NFT, Shorline Ventures, and Entrepreneuron.

Frye has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from San Diego State and resides just outside of Chicago with her husband Mark and three-year-old daughter Lelia.

With more than nine years of experience in the consulting and retail industries, Alicja Cooper is a strategic account coordinator who focuses on customer engagement and retention, marketing content creation, and project management. Born and raised in Poland, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and growing their businesses and stays up-to-date on industry trends and the latest technology.

In her role as a strategic account coordinator, she is responsible for prospecting new business, building and maintaining client relationships, facilitating client meetings, and coordinating the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and deliverables. She also collaborates with external partners to gain an understanding of emerging technologies and how they can benefit client’s needs and objectives. She excels at organizational, time, and budget management to ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality. Additionally, she assists the CEO with various administrative tasks as well as with the recruitment and hiring of project managers.
